LBT is involved in high-technology textiles. Together with several local partners we have developed the FETAL PANTY Project (innovative underwear for pregnant women);

+high-quality fabrics:

innovative fabrics and finishings that provide the intended form and function. Particular enphasis in low-pilling viscosebased fabrics and lyocell;

+fabric testing:

the strategic partnership with the finishing plant enables us to provide in-house test-reports for dimensional stability, colour fastness, pilling, etc;

+fast development:

our sampling service enables us to (usually) deliver prototypes in 1,5 week;

+social compliance:

the final inspection to achieve BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative)-compliance is to take place soon. The first assessment indicates full-compliance.

+transfer application:

we are able to apply transfers in-house, which provides a higher quality-level;

+embroidery:

we are able to do simple embroideries in-house. This leads to improved quality and fast sampling. At the same time, simple films are free-of-charge;

+6-phase quality control:

our quality control process expands from fabric arrival to the final shipment stage. Every single stage is subject to control and no faulty itmes are carried to the next stage. Therefore, the final product is at optimal conditions;

+delivery flexibility:

we are able accomodate changes in delivery as needed. If for some reason the destination warehouse is incapable of receiving the merchandise, we have free-of-charge storing facilities (please check for availability);

+fast-delivery:

our usual delivery leadtime is 4/5 weeks. However, for specific customers and fabrics we have set-up a Never-Out-of-Stock (NOS) service that enables deliveries in exactly 4 weeks. The transit time for European customers is also reduced due to our geographical location;

+per-shop packaging:

we have specific software and techniques that enable us to provide a unique per-shop packaging to our customers. With this service the logistic costs are substancially reduced;

+hanging garments:

the packaging stage/area, support services and transport vehicles are equiped to handle hanging garments;

+overall service:

we are known for our good communication and deadline achievement;
